Holiday Inn St Louis Downtown/Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

The Staff is always on point and so polite. The beds are comfy and the pillows are amazing. Usually hotel pillows are stiff and uncomfortable these are huge and squishy so you can mold them. I will stay here again and again.

The hotel had a shuttle which was wonderful for the games and sight seeing. 99.9% of staff was wonderful. All were so nice except for the lady upon check out. Wish I had gotten her name. She could learn alot from her co-workers.

Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and a convenient location. Pay parking lot across the street from hotel. Left my car parked in pay lot & used shuttle bus to get to our events in town. Shuttle drivers were very helpful & friendly.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Sharonda at the front desk was just exceptional and made us feel so comfortable! She even remembered our names and said hi when we passed through the lobby after checking in. Thank you, Sharonda!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had a indoor pool. The room was really nice and had lots of great channels.
